Tempohari sebelum hujung minggu tiba, rakan sejawat datang berjumpa di meja bertanyakan perkara mengenai fotografi. Sangka sekadar soalan biasa, rupanya big bos minta tolong datang ke hotel Costa Rica di PD (PD lagi!) untuk sesi seminar INTAN mengenai EPSA dan perlu datang malam itu juga bagi majlis pembukaan.
Sampai saja jam lebih kurang 8.30 malam, seminar telah bermula. Sempat juga la tangkap mana² sudut atau acara penting. Kemudian, rakan tadi memberi tahu sekiranya ingin bermalam di hotel tersebut dan ianya di tanggung syarikat sebab seminar berlangsung selama 3 hari dan 2 malam serta shooting perlu sampai ke penutup. Wah, syok ler. Esok terus bawa famili untuk turut serta menginap.
Hasil? Agak boleh la sebab keadaan meeting room yang kecil dan kurang bercahaya walaupun peserta bertenaga :).
Yesterday, I was invited (participated actually) to one of Canon seminar for Southern Malaysia Canonian users. Was held in Mutiara Hotel JB and presented by two Malaysian top photogers Mr. Kaz Chua & Mr. Teoh Peng Kee.
This Canon seminar really not to educate its currently customers but to more to promote their high-end line product especially the new 40D and 1Ds MkIII. Although I have seen and tested these two bodies, but this time I had my chance to test the 1D MkIII which is on top of its class for sports shooters.
Well, at least I learned something from here. Canon never dies!

During registration, then breakfast, later lunch, then tea break and dinner... Walauweh, always eat² free wan..
